What I Need From You

To deliver your project efficiently and accurately, I require the following information upfront. Providing these details will save time, streamline the process, and allow me to give you an accurate quote:

1. Detailed Brief
  Please provide a clear, detailed description of what you want. The more specific you are, the better I can tailor the project to your needs.
2. Written Content
  This is critical: I need the actual text content you want included. This means any descriptions, messages, announcements, or other written information you want displayed. This must be finalized before I start.
3. Example Images
  Please provide 2-3 pictures or screenshots of similar setups or structures you like. This helps me understand the style and layout you envision for your project.
4. Pricing/Tier Structure (if applicable)
  If your project involves pricing plans or tiers, please provide a clear breakdown. Include all relevant details to ensure I can implement it correctly.
5. Graphic Elements
  Please supply any emotes, icons, or other graphical elements you want included.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit via PayPal is required before I begin any work. No other payment methods will be accepted unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.
The balance payment is due upon completion of the project.
If the final payment is not received, all work—including work covered by the 50% deposit—will be removed or reverted.
This policy ensures that both parties are committed and protected throughout the process.

Why I Need This

I value your time and mine. Providing these details upfront ensures I can start work without delays and give you an accurate estimate. I cannot start the project without all the necessary content. Repeated back-and-forth for missing information can waste time and increase costs.

Please Note:
My time is limited, and I prioritize clients who are ready to work efficiently. If I don’t receive the required information after reasonable follow-up, I may decline to proceed with the project.

How It Works:

Webhook Setup: $4.00 per setup (30 minutes max)
Icon/Image Upload: $0.25 per upload (1 minute per image)
Discord Channel Setup: $3.75 per setup (15 minutes max)
Text Content Updates: $15 per hour
